This institute offers three days of coursework in order to promote mastery of concept. Curriculum is focused on field journaling and science concepts but includes Language Arts and social sciences. Teachers in all subject areas are encouraged to apply.

Housing and meals will be provided at no cost to the participant. All participants will stay at the Jack L. Boyd Outdoor School located in Green Meadows a few miles outside of Yosemite National Park. Meals for the weekend will include dinner on Friday, three meals on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday.

The registration fee is $75.00. Registration has begun and applications are due by July 9th, 2010.
